ICON COLLECTIVE does not offer refunds for lost or stolen packages, please track the shipping progress of your order.
All USA & International orders are shipped via USPS. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
SHIPPING METHODS DO NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING TIME.
You will receive an email from email@example.com when your order has been confirmed. Purchased items will be shipped within 7-10 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 3 to 4. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 2 weeks, please notify firstname.lastname@example.org
Any product shipped back to ICON COLLECTIVE as an RTS (Return To Sender) for failure to deliver/receive/collect from the carrier or facility, will be subject to a $15 RTS Fee to cover reshipment costs. All customers should receive tracking details upon dispatch, and are expected to monitor tracking progress for any delivery exceptions.
Packages that fail to be delivered/collected/or received are sent back to ICON COLLECTIVE at the company's expense. The customer will be notified of said return by a service representative, the delivery address will be re-confirmed, and the RTS Fee must be made payable through the original payment method.
Any product shipped back to ICON COLLECTIVE as a policy dispute or order refusal will be subject to a Forced Refund. Such customers will be refunded for order subtotal (minus original shipping costs paid) while instituting a $4-$8 restocking fee per item.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from shop.iconcollective.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied we would be happy to assist you. If you have any questions please contact email@example.com with proof and details of the damage.
Please note: We do not accept returns for ICON COLLECTIVE product not purchased from directly from our online store.
Item(s) purchased from shop.iconcollective.com must be returned at the customer's expense in new, unused condition in order to receive a refund, within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Limited edition items, collaborations and discounted items are final sale.
To return an item(s) for store credit only, just send it to the address below with a copy of the original invoice and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. A refund in the form of store credit will be issued to you. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items and all returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

EXCHANGESWe do not exchange product. If you purchased an item from shop.iconcollective.com and would like a different color, size or style, a new order will need to be placed with the unwanted item(s) returned for store credit. Store credit will be issued within 3-4 business days of us receiving the return. See RETURNS above for instructions on how merchandise can be returned.
